PROPOSED MEETINGS .

1 . POLICY COMMITTEE , to be held on Tuesdays at 9.30 with the Minister in the Chair, and attended by all officers down to and including heads of Divisions concerned in Policy. A similar meeting would be held on Thursdays at 9.30 if business required it.

2. PRINCIPLES COMMITTEE , to be held on Fridays at 9.30 and to be attended by the chief officers of the Ministry only.

3. PLANNING COMMITTEE , to be held on Wednesdays at 2.30 and to be attended by officers concerned with the origination of ideas and their execution.

The composition and terms of reference of the Committees to be laid down more fully when reorganisation has been carried out.
