Addendum to Minutes of Meeting on October 8th

On page 2 at the end of the second paragraph insert following:-

“The Minister reminded Mr. Ogilvie of the undertaking of the B. B.C. to resume the production and issue of the Bulletins of the B.B.C. foreign language broadcasts. Mr. Ogilvie made a note of this and undertook to expedite it.”
