Press Attachés’ Allowances.

I notice that the Scandinavian Press Attachés’ Allowances have just been approved, varying from £150 - £300 per annum, and that accounts are to be submitted in the usual way. I should think the Germans are spending about this amount weekly. Should the Press Attachés not be able to spend what is required, accounting monthly to us so that we can reprimand or encourage as occasion demands.
