Notes :

This is based on a monthly average of 250,000 leaflets, 250,000 pamphlets, (including Oxford Pamphlets), a regular series of 250,000 pamphlets for South America, a monthly magazine in Arabic and a regular distribution to a selected list of foreign business men. The above includes provision for ad hoc leaflets, reprints of speeches, etc.

This magazine is intended as a reply to the German SIGNAL. During the last war the then Ministry of Information's publication WAR PICTORIAL reached a circulation of 750,000 per month.
