Notes : (l) It is understood that there may be some interchange between Categories B. and C. and between classes of paper according to circumstances.

(2) It should be noted that all wrapping paper used by the printers in delivering printed matter to the Ministry is being re-used by the Distribution Department for their own despatches. Any reduction in the use of wrapping papers by printers will therefore result in a corresponding increase in the requirements of the Ministry.

No provision is made above for wrapping paper required by H.M.S.O. when despatching Ministry printed matter.
