1. REPORTS FROM SERVICE ADVISERS .

2. PUBLICATION OF AMERICAN DOCUMENTS . (See Minutes of June 22nd and 25th)

[- AM/200/31.]

Mr. Cruikshank reported that the North American Division of the Foreign Office had not been consulted when arrangements were made for the Stationery Office publication of the N.R.P.B. Report, and were themselves somewhat concerned at its appearance. Further enquiry was now being made to establish whether in fact any Foreign Office advice at all had been sought. The Chairman endorsed the view, tentatively expressed in previous discussion at the Board, that the arrangements for these publications seemed distinctly unsatisfactory; and he invited Mr. Cruikshank to provide him with a full report on the subject, which he undertook to discuss with the Minister.
