Mr. Grubb suggested, and it was agreed, that it would be helpful if Directors of Divisions would notify Directors of other Divisions when members of their staff arrive from overseas and during what period they are available for consultation. Likewise in the event of officials proceeding overseas the same procedure should be adopted.
