Mr. Grubb reported a request from the Soviet Embassy for making a transmitter again available for the weekly Tass broadcast. These facilities were discontinued, because after seven months of operation there was still no rebroadcast arrangements in Russia. It was agreed that this matter should only be reconsidered as and when there is satisfactory evidence of suitable arrangements having been made in Russia.

N.B. No Minutes have been issued since 25th May, 1943.
