2. RUSSIAN VISITORS.

General Tripp raised the question of giving publicity to certain Russian visitors to this country. The Board agreed that it was desirable that stories, news reels and photographs should he obtained and placed on security embargo. The Chairman asked Mr. Francis Williams to let the Minister have a note on the subject.
