Mr. Grubb reported that a request had been received from Cairo for a series of articles for troops’ papers (including presumably “Parade”) on postwar reconstruction, including some on the Beveridge report. He inquired whether it would be advisable to consult the War Office, in spite of the responsibility for such material having been clearly vested by the war Office in this Ministry. It was agreed that the War Office should, in this case, be consulted.

Note - There were no minutes on January 27th, 28th or 29th.
