The Board took note of the cabinet's approval of the proposed plans for Red Army Day. Mr. Royds reported that he had invited Mr. Basil Dean to take charge of the organisation, and that it was proposed to use a simplified version of the original scheme. He explained that the detailed plan would be ready by the end of the week, when a further meeting of all concerned would be summoned to consider it.

Note. There were no minutes on January 23rd or 25th.
