Executive Board.

I spoke to the Minister this morning on the discussion at the Executive Board about channels for minutes within the Ministry, and he approved of my decision that the case of Sir Maurice Peterson should be treated exceptionally and that he should be entitled on such matters as he thought proper to minute D.G, direct. It would be for me to see that D.D.G. was kept informed of the minutes passing from Sir Maurice's department. Other Controllers should minute D.G. through D.D.G.
