Mr. Francis Williams and Brigadier Neville gave the Board some account of the confusion attending the release of the photographs of the captured German generals. The Chairman approved Brigadier Neville's proposal that, in order to avoid similar delays in the case of any further arrival of high ranking Axis officers, the War Office should secure photographs irrespective of action taken by any other photographic unit.
