1. Mr. Grubb enquired whether there would be any political objection to the dispatch of the T.U.C.'s report on Unemployment for circulation by the Press Attaché in Moscow. No objection was raised, as it was agreed that this document did not fall within the category of political party propaganda.

2. Some demand was reported for speakers on enemy satellite countries. D.D.G. undertook to find out whether this demand was at all widespread, though it was felt that supplying speakers on such subjects was hardly the Ministry's business.
