1. REPORTS FROM SERVICE ADVISERS.

2. S.E.A.C. CONTACT.

Mr. Francis Williams reported that Squadron Leader C.J.T. Gardner had arrived as the S.E.A.C. contact in this Ministry. The Board discussed the tasks which Squadron Leader Gardner would undertake. It was agreed that Mr. Williams should direct a cable to Air Chief-Marshal Joubert asking him to state his plans for a Public Relations Section here. The Chairman declared that every assistance should be given in establishing a unit.
