1. REPORTS FROM SERVICE ADVISERS.

2. WAR ANNIVERSARY.

Mr. Cruikshank reported a proposal by B.I.S. that the 5th anniversary of the war, on Sunday, September 3rd, should be marked by a special commemoration. It was suggested that a church service might be held, which could be duplicated in America. The Board agreed that no useful purpose would be served by making such arrangements in this country, but that there was no objection to B.I.S. taking action in the United States.
