1. The minutes of the meeting on 11th April were taken as read and approved.

2. Postal Censorship

The D.G. referred to complaints in the Press and elsewhere about the use being made of intercepts by Postal and Telegraph Censorship and about non-delivery of letters stopped by the Censorship. Mr. Radcliffe agreed to ask Mr. Francis Williams to make enquiries.

3. Organisation in America

The D.G. referred to summaries which had been received of Mr. Peake's reports and it was agreed that the questions raised by Mr. Peake should be considered by the Board when fuller reports had been received and when Sir Maurice Peterson could be present.
