SECTION 3. NATIONAL MIIK .

Of the whole sample, 677 families have children under 5. This number amounting to 22.6% of the whole sample were eligible for National Milk to the extent of 1 pint a day for every child under 5 years of age. The figures quoted below show that three-quarters of the families eligible for National Milk are taking 100% of their entitlement.

B. Social Analysis .

The proportions in C and D social groups taking all of their National Milk entitlement is higher than those proportions in A and B groups. The section of the A and B sample eligible for National Milk is however small in actual numbers, and these proportions cannot, therefore, be regarded as firm.
